The PanBlast™ UniFlo Remote System Conversion kit is a combination package
developed from the current PanBlast™ product range. This conversion kit suits generic
pressure blast machines in the market today; enabling upgrading of outmoded remote
control systems with innovative leading edge components:
All miscellaneous interconnecting components such as pipe fittings, pipe tees, pipe
nipples, ball valve, hose barbs, interconnecting hoses and clamps are supplied complete
with this package.
The PanBlast™ UniFlo Control Valve is a normally closed spring-driven combination
valve fitted with 32mm (1-1/4") inlet/outlet ports and a 19mm (3/4") exhaust port.
Being a single-piece design, the valve is easy to install onto existing equipment, and
without requiring valve removal from the pressure blast machine for maintenance.
The PanBlast™ AirFlo Remote Control Handle is a normally open type handle with pilot
air supply vented to atmosphere. A deliberate 2-stage depress and activate action is
required for failsafe handle operation with spring return for automatic handle
deactivation upon release.
The PanBlast™ Twinline Hose is a color-coded airline used in pneumatically operated
pressure blast machine control systems. The blue line is used to supply the control air
signal to the AirFlo Remote Control Handle, whilst the red line is used to return the
control air signal from the AirFlo Remote Control Handle to the UniFlo Remote Control
Valve.
The PanBlast™ Exhaust Muffler is connected
to the UniFlo Remote Control Valve exhaust
air discharge to ensure noise suppression of
pressure blast machine discharge air.
